The sooner the better. We recommend within 3 days of your event, the blooms are usually workable within one week. Prior to them being delivered, be sure to keep them in water with fresh cut stems! We cannot work with flowers that crumble to the touch, or the bases are beginning to mold.

Yes, for the most part, pressed flowers are able to maintain their natural color for many years, but eventually, some amount of fading is inevitable. Some flowers fade more than others in the pressing process while others will become a different shade of their natural hue. We do recommend to keep the piece our of direct sunlight, as that can expedite fading.

Some flowers are more difficult than others, but most can still be worked with in order to press. Every flower is unique and some press better than others. Some may need to be thinned out or deconstructed and reassembled.
We do press the whole arrangement to ensure we have all the options to make a perfect pressed bouquet arrangement. All pressed flowers may not be used if they are not needed to enhance the bouquet.
